Technical collaboration for Power and Industrial Boilers including AFBC with Doosan Babcock, UK (formerly taken over from Mitsui Babcock) – Not applicable for CFBC

Joint Ventures for Boilers, 1996

(a) Joint Venture formation between ENMAS Ahlstrom (later Enmas Andritz) – For Recovery Boilers (Pulp & Paper) (b) Joint Venture MOU signed with Ahlstrom PyroPower for CFBC Boilers. MOU set aside in the year 2000 due to take over of Ahlstrom Pyro by Fosterwheeler.

Formation of Enmas Engenius Projects, 1995

Technical collaboration with Engenius Erectors Pioneers in Turbine and Boiler Erection services. Formed Enmas Engenius Projects Limited for Project management, site services for all the projects taken in Enmas Group, which led to Enmas GB Power Systems Projects Limited, eventually the company which now makes all power boilers at present

Collaboration with AHLSTROM, Finland in 1989

Technical collaboration with AHLSTROM, Finland for Pulp & Paper and Chemical Recovery Systems. Formed Enmas Ahlstrom Private Ltd
