Experience:

• Around 5-8 years of relevant post qualification experience with a minimum of 3 years in a finance leadership role.

Funds Management:

• Managing treasury, creating and maintaining a strong funds pipeline
• Ensure company qualifies and complies with all regulatory requirements pertaining to banking norms.
• Manage current and expected cash needs
• Review terms during fund raise activities and provide recommendations in the best interest of the company

Financial controls & Analysis:

• Oversee the Financial Accounting including processing of revenue, expenditure, and control documents, department budgets, capital expenditure etc.
• Responsible for Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Budgets, Control any variances & report non-compliant issues.
• Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders.

Financial Reporting:

• Ensure accuracy of MIS data & documents, provide timely and relevant financial analysis to the management team and the Board.
• Prepare company annual report with oversight of financial reporting, corporate governance and risk management policies.
• Ensure completion of audit – Statutory, Tax etc. on time.
• Monitor cash flows projections.

Regulatory & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax and Company Law regulatory matters.
• Ensure compliance to local labour laws – PF, ESI,PT, LWF etc

Project Costing:

• Project wise costing, project wise financials and spill overs.
